Information we collect
When you submit a service request, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, property address or neighborhood, service selections, project descriptions, preferred timing, and any photos you choose to upload.
How we use it
- To review and respond to your request
- To prepare estimates, coordinate scheduling, and provide requested services
- To communicate about active or potential work
- To protect the website, prevent spam, and maintain business records
Request-list storage
The “My Requests” feature saves selected services in your browser’s local storage so they remain available while you move between pages. The list is cleared after a successful form submission. You can also clear it manually from the request-list panel.
Service providers
Website form submissions are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to MBHS by email. Hosting and other technical providers may process limited information needed to operate the website. Their own terms and privacy practices apply.
Sharing and sale
MBHS may share information with service providers or professionals when needed to evaluate, coordinate, or perform requested work. MBHS does not use information submitted through this website for the sale of personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to requests, provide services, maintain records, and meet applicable obligations. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we use reasonable measures appropriate to the information involved.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted through the website, subject to records we may need to retain. Contact admin@mbhs.site.
Updates
We may update this notice as the website or our practices change. The effective date above will be revised when material updates are made.
